Basketball


The City of Industry Sheriff's Department's Youth Activities League, in cooperation with the Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Department, offers our annual Basketball season.

This Y.A.L. program is offered free of charge to all children,  both boys and girls, ages 7 through 15 years.  Applications will not be accepted from anyone who turns 16 years old prior to the end of the current years' Basketball season (which terminates in mid March).

To register for this program, the child must bring a parent or guardian to one of four participating parks or stop by our office.  Even if the participating child has previously participated in one of our programs, the child MUST bring one of the following to register for the current season: A copy of their Birth certificate, Passport, Visa, or other legal form of identification which will be used to verify the child's date of birth.

Regular schedule:

January - Practices begin.

January - Games begin.

March - Season concludes.
